- Eligible for returns in STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of the product being delivered.
- NO returns, refunds or exchanges on SALE items and accessories. All sale items and accessories are final sale.
- Items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return.
- We have the right to refuse a return if there is any sign of wear, damage, misuse or alterations. If items have makeup, deodorant, stains/odors, or pet hair, you WILL NOT be given the store credit eligibility for return.
- Any damages of item must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue.
- We WILL NOT accept online order returns at the store location. All online returns must follow these guidelines.
- Orders CANNOT be cancelled. If you need to change something, send us an email at email@example.com
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages lost in transit. If your package is lost during transit/delivery, please contact your local post office as you will be responsible for filing a claim.
