Return Policy

We hope you love your item(s)! If you don’t absolutely love them, send them back to us for store credit!

• Eligible for returns in STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of the product being delivered.
• NO returns, refunds or exchanges on SALE items and accessories. All sale items and accessories are final sale.
• Items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return.
• We have the right to refuse a return if there is any sign of wear, damage, misuse or alterations. If items have makeup, deodorant, stains/odors, or pet hair, you WILL NOT be given the store credit eligibility for return.
• Any damages of item must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package. Please contact shopblusheboutique@gmail.com so we may address the issue.
• We WILL NOT accept online order returns at the store location. All online returns must follow these guidelines.
• Orders CANNOT be cancelled. If you need to change something, send us an email at shopblusheboutique@gmail.com

Shipping Policy

• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages lost in transit. If your package is lost during transit/delivery, please contact your local post office as you will be responsible for filing a claim.
